Are hybrids worth it?

This is quite an intriguing question and one that could branch off in many different directions with several different types of answers.

But how would that relate to the current generation Toyota Sienna hybrid – either 2021 Sienna or 2022 Sienna?

Features of the 2022 Toyota Sienna

Toyota minivan owners have had the past two model years to evaluate this current-generation Sienna hybrid.
Launched as a hybrid-only minivan, the Toyota Sienna has really raised the bar in this highly competitive market.

For example, a 2022 Toyota Sienna is available in either front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The Sienna fuel numbers displayed are 35 mpg combined for AWD and 36 mpg combined for FWD.

Pretty impressive numbers for a family travel vehicle. Add to that the fact that Sienna is known for being smooth, quiet, comfortable, versatile and reliable and you could have a winning formula for strong consideration.

What do actual Toyota Sienna owners really get for real-world miles per gallon, though?
